Our story began in 2008 when our Founder – Mr. Jayanta Bhowmick, started providing TPA Cashless Management Services in Kolkata, with a team of 3 people. Today, we are privileged to associate ourselves with reputed clients, global brands and millions of patients every day through our exceptional services and quality of work. Today, we are proud to be a big family with more than 150 members in our team.
ITU is the name of our Founder’s Mother. And our Logo is also inspired by a tree – featuring with roots & leafs, which indicates our strength and unity.

ITU Management Services laid its stepping stone, established its first office in Kolkata India. Team ITUMS started the journey with clients like Disha Eye Hospital, Susrut Eye Foundation and 2 other reputed multi-specialty hospitals of the city providing them with end to end cashless service. We initially started working with two units of Disha, namely Barrackpore and Shaoraphully.
2008:
ITU Management Services stretched its wings outside the city of joy. Nayonika Eye Care, Burdwan was added to our clientele. Since then we have been growing steadily and gradually strengthening our team size.
2009
ITU Management Services put all resources, energy and time to excel at quality client deliverable, thereby ensuring a long lasting working relationship with existing clients along with building brand value, goodwill and trust in the market.
2010-2011
Disha Eye Hospitals came up with 10 more units and we were entrusted with the responsibility of its seamless cashless services. Team ITU Management Services succeeded once again by maintaining an equally high customer satisfaction index.
2012: 2015
This year was a year of triumph for ITUMS as we bagged the largest multi-specialty hospital across PAN India, Tata Main Hospital, Jamshedpur, competing with other service providers working in the same field like us.
2016
ITU Management Services signed MoU with KPC Medical College and Hospital, a very reputed brand in Kolkata, India.
2017
This year witnessed steady growth adding 10 more prestigious clients in our clientele.
2018
Our team strength rose to 100 and we established our second office (corporate office) at Ballygunge Cornfield Road, Kolkata. ITU Management Services also launched a unique Healthcare Management Web Portal, the first of its kind in this industry, which provides end to end one-stop solutions for the healthcare industry.
2019
ITU Management Services is now an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and we take pride to become one of the very few companies across India in the healthcare industry who has ISO certification. Also, reached yet another milestone – started working with Tata Motors Hospital in Jamshedpur.
2020
In a nutshell, we work not only to help reputed hospitals and corporate organizations operate better but also enable common individuals to live a completely hassle-free life.
