TPA & Corporate Empanelment management
Our Team provides exclusive manpower support for hospitals by preparing all documents that are needed to apply for ROHINI ID and empanelment with all TPAs and Corporates. We have a dedicated Empanelment Team and we provide a dedicated Empanelment Manager to each and every client. We track progress offline and also through our web-portal and update our clients about key developments and progress, on a daily basis.
TPA Reimbursement management
In order to ensure patient satisfaction, we do offer Reimbursement Solutions after doing a case by case analysis. There are instances where the patients, in spite of being insured, do not get the final approval from TPAs to avail cashless services. In these particular cases, we do all necessary consultations with the patient parties and coordinate with TPAs immediately to get the reimbursements on behalf of the patients, as quickly as possible.
Hospital Floor Marketing Operations
